About Carolyn M. Mancini
Girl Scout alum Carolyn Mancini, a lifelong resident of Endicott, N.Y., brings nearly four decades of construction industry expertise to her roles as owner and president of OGGI Concrete Forms & Accessories, Inc. and partner at general construction firm Andrew R. Mancini Associates, Inc.
Since incorporating OGGI in 2002—evolving from a concrete forming equipment rental business started in 1988—she has grown it into a certified New York State, New York City and Port Authority of New York & New Jersey Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and U.S. Small Business Administration Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Designations that allow her to compete for exclusive state and federal contracts. OGGI serves building, road and highway contractors throughout upstate New York from Buffalo and Albany to Plattsburgh.
Carolyn began her career at age 16, working for her father in the summers as she learned bookkeeping skills and helped with his local businesses. A dedicated community leader, she has served on many local boards. Her past service includes the United Health Service Foundation, Binghamton University Foundation, Binghamton Bearcats Athletic Association and Chenango River Theater. She was the first female president of the Binghamton Country Club Board of Governors and served as president of Johnson City Sertoma Club.
Carolyn’s leadership roots began early in life, from day one as a Girl Scout Brownie. Outside of her professional achievements, she’s been an avid golfer since age 10, is a stockholder of McGregor Winery on Keuka Lake and notably marched in the Tournament of Roses Parade during high school.
Proceeds from this event support council scholarships for our Gold Award Girl Scouts.
